Synetic AI operates the LYNX SDK and platform (golynx.ai). This policy explains what we collect and why.
2. Information we collect
Account data (name, email, company). API keys and license/activation records. SDK telemetry keyed to a device fingerprint (inference counts, model, SDK version) — see the telemetry section. Feedback submissions you send via submit_feedback(), including uploaded frames.
3. How we use it
To provide and license the SDK, meter usage, secure the platform, respond to support, and improve models (including rendering synthetic variations from feedback frames).
4. Telemetry
What the SDK reports, how it's attributed to your account, and how to disable it (LYNX_TELEMETRY=0).
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Limited sharing with subprocessors (hosting, email, error monitoring) under contract; disclosures required by law.
6. Retention
How long account, license, telemetry, and feedback data are kept, and deletion on account closure.
