1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using the LYNX SDK, models, or platform, you agree to these Terms. If you use LYNX on behalf of an organization, you accept on its behalf.
2. License grant & restrictions
Scope of the license to use the SDK, models, and generated outputs; per-tier entitlements; device/seat limits; and prohibited uses (redistribution of model weights, reverse engineering, circumventing licensing).
3. Beta program
Beta software is provided as-is, may change or be withdrawn, and carries no availability guarantee. Beta feedback may be used to improve the product.
4. Fees & subscriptions
Plan pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms; what happens to entitlements on non-payment or expiry.
5. Acceptable use
Prohibited applications and content; compliance with export controls and applicable law; your responsibility for deployments built on LYNX.
6. Intellectual property
Ownership of the SDK, models, and platform; ownership of your inputs and outputs; the feedback license.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The SDK and models are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
Caps and exclusions of liability; no liability for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
How either party may terminate; effect of termination on licenses and data.
